Lindsay Anne Herring is a creative journalist, folklorist, and curator. Her work focuses on the intersections of dining, exhibitions, performance, food justice, and social movements. She has a Masters of Arts in Food Studies from Chatham University and lives in Pittsburgh with her dog, Banjo.
