Dr. Lindsey Haynes-Maslow is an Assistant Professor and Extension Specialist in the Department of Agricultural and Human Sciences at North Carolina State University. She researches policies that lead to a healthy behavior, and is an expert on the intersection between food systems, nutrition and public health, as well as the impact of government policies driving the food system.
