Cerise Mayo has worked for the past decade as a consultant on education, advocacy, and business development in the sustainable food and agriculture arena. She currently works with small and medium-sized farms, non-profit organizations, restaurants, and other businesses on marketing, value-added processing, grant writing, procurement, and distribution. She has worked with Slow Food Nation, Slow Food USA, New Amsterdam Market, Edible Communities, Added Value Farm and Four Season Farm.
