Dorothy Hernandez

Dorothy Hernandez lives, writes, eats, and cooks in Detroit. She has written about food and drink trends, chefs, and food access for various publications and outlets, including southeast Michigan's Edible magazine, Hour Detroit magazine, and The Detroit News. Aside from her work as a food journalist, she runs a Filipino pop-up restaurant where she aims to raise awareness of her culture's food, and she has also worked in the community as a nutrition educator.
