He does have a four-year record now on food movement issues, in case anyone wanted to check it. (I’m aware very few people do want to check his record on anything.) For just one typical example, his is the most aggressively pro-GMO administration yet.

Cooperative food markets are not accounted for when labeling an area as a food desert, therefore if a larger (and cheaper) means of getting food pops up, the locally based cooperative goes out of business. This costs people their jobs and leaves local producers with nowhere to sell their produce and other products.
