The problem with that calculation is that even if we did have an extra $1 billion per year, it isn&#039;t strictly for school lunch so your analysis is wrong. The Child Nutrition Act includes school breakfast, WIC, Summer Food Service Program, Child and Adult Care Feeding Program, etc. so you aren&#039;t just spreading that figurative 1 billion over 31.5 million children for one meal a day.</description>
