I have to admit, though, that when you have a small fridge and work a lot, and go to school, sometimes you just really don&#039;t want to cook. Or you just really want a sandwich and don&#039;t have the fixin&#039;s laying around. I get into ruts on both ends of the spectrum.

But I think people forget that more often than not, cooking and eating in is FUN! It&#039;s also better for the pocket book and the waistline. I&#039;ll definitely have to check this book (and blog) out!</description>
