		<description>Y&#039;know, I read that article today and thought the exact same thing! It did, however, make me long for the days when county extension agents actually did hard research and played an integral role in local farming. Alas, such is not the case. Today extension agents are primarily relegated to giving advice to local gardeners, not farmers. 

If only they would promote sustainable methods and get back to *gasp!* providing cooking advice and canning classes! *sigh* Some day, some day...</description>
