		<description>Thanks for another fine article.  It is great to see that it is just not us old folks who read the obits.  Your points about the green revolution are hard to fault, but I would like to see just a bit of charity directed towards the man responsible for starting the mess that it became.  He was a brilliant geneticist (although he had no business teaching people to grow wheat in the tropics), and I don&#039;t think that he intended for his inventions to end up totally in the service of agribusness.  There are all kinds of brilliant folks out there right now working at getting us out of our enviornmental woes...let&#039;s hope that we truely are making wise choices as we forge ahead with some of these new ideas.</description>
