		<description>I have been canning since my Grama taught me in Kansas many years ago.  I have also added dehydrating to my tools of preserving food.  My intention is that my daughter will also want to start canning.  Here in Seattle, a group of friends get together to can.  What your model has opened up for us is the idea of contributing to soup kitchens.  I wonder if there will be problems with the Health Department and their rules around food safety?  Will the food have to be canned onsite in the soup kitchen?</description>
