		<description>Well written. Good to see that these two are finally being considered as linked. A third component of related to health and good food is urban form. Since the end of WW II, Federal policies have encouraged the construction of auto-dependent urban form that discourages walking as a convenient, first option. This urban form has given us the drive-in and fast food and contributed to corporate food as our first choice of convenience. All three of these need reforming.</description>
