I have to say I am not shocked that Tom Vilsack would do something like this. So far he has failed to impress me as Secretary of Agriculture, just as he did when he was governor of my home state, Iowa. I am glad you posted this very funny piece because Kohan covers very serious issues. What is most disturbing is that the government under the auspices of the USDA is now tacitly advocating direct marketing to children as well as very bad behvavior. And as a healthy eating campaign, I would be hard pressed to find anything less appropriate.

That’s funny stuff, but it also points out pretty alarming ethical questions regarding what’s happening with Vilsack and the the USDA, too. By the way, I love the image of Barack as “Barackolli”!
