		<description>I agree.  I love the food heritage in Colombia (I was born and lived there for 13 years) is still preserved.  I think &quot;sustainable agriculture&quot; is something that comes with affluence.  The poor farmers in Colombia can&#039;t even think about it because they are barely making it as it is, as are many of their clients.  In the U.S. we will pay more for items that are sustaibly and organically farmed, the marjority of the people in Colombia just can&#039;t afford it.</description>
