		<description>It&#039;s an interesting subject -- We definitely take water for granted especially in the western U.S. People don&#039;t even realize how it&#039;s made safe, which is thru chlorine.  In fact, I do some work with the American Chemistry Council and water has been purified via chlorine in the U.S. for 100 years -- pretty crazy development when you think about it.</description>
